2- Gingerbread Man Cookies.
We go up a notch in difficulty with these beautiful Gingerbread Man Cookies.
This time I wanted to make something a little more elaborate than the classic ones and I added a touch of personality. So I made a female version and a male version. With a gardener for the Gingerbread Men and a dress for the Gingerbread Dolls. In my opinion, this Gingerbread Man and Gingerbread Doll cookies turned out very nice, go ahead and make them! I am sure you can do it!

3- Christmas Pine Cookies.
These are, in my opinion, on the same level of difficulty as the previous ones. But that’s just my perspective, you make the one you like the most and feel confident about making. They are fantastic, and allow you to use various colors or choose from the food coloring you have at home.

4- Santa Claus Cookies
Here we go up a notch in difficulty with these Santa Claus cookies. If you have a cookie cutter and you are a beginner at making these types of cookies with icing, without a doubt, this pattern will be much easier for you than making a mold to shape the dough with Santa’s face and then decorate it, because you will have the drawing guide already printed on the cookie. Something that having to draw the cookies after baking and not being used to, you will probably get a little frustrated.
But hey, nothing is impossible, with a little patience, perseverance and dedication.

5- Santa Claus Full Body Cookies
We have reached the fifth and final version of Christmas cookies decorated with royal icing.
Well, these are a little more elaborate than the previous ones, which is the cookie with just Santa’s face. And these are full-body cookies. With a little more elaboration. And as I told you in the previous option, obviously it will be easier with a cookie cutter, but if you don’t have one, and you feel like it, go ahead!
