Burgers are always a successful meal, I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like them. In addition, there is a great variety for all tastes because there are all kinds and they adjust to the personal tastes of each one. And making them homemade has a great advantage because it allows you to know the ingredients that are used and also personalize them to your own preference.

This recipe is very easy to make, to prepare it the chicken breast is used. Undoubtedly one of the leanest meats that exists, a meat that every nutritionist recommends for being low in fat and high in protein. So if you need low calorie recipes, this is one of them to take into account.
A recommendation about its main ingredient is that whenever minced or ground meat is used, you buy a whole piece of meat and grind it for a while before its preparation. The other ingredients used can be modified according to the preference of each one, so if you do not like an ingredient you can omit it or perhaps change it for another that you like more. For example, the onion used is the common one, but if you prefer green onion, change it without hesitation. To give it a better flavor, do not forget to season to taste
If you have time, you can leave the preparation to marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours before assembling the burgers patties. This will make the ingredients that are added give a better flavor to the meat and the burgers will come out much more exquisite.
The assembly of the burgers patties can be done by giving the shape with the hands or using a hamburger mold (I have a mold because it is more practical). With this preparation you get very compact hamburgers patties that do not come apart easily, so do not be afraid when cooking them.
The size of the chicken medallions can vary according to the personal taste of each one. A standard size has between 110 and 130 grams (3.88-4.59 oz) of the preparation. They can be thicker or thinner. There are also those who put 2 or 3 burgers patties on the burger.
About Cooking:
To cook these chicken burgers, it can be done on a grill pan, oven or pan. This time I made them in the oven because they were quite a few and in this way it speeds up the cooking when you don’t have much time or want to simplify this step.
