These delicious chocolate cupcakes recipe are made easily and in just a few steps. They are simply irresistible!
There is a wide variety of cupcakes, this time I show you this exquisite recipe made with chocolate. In addition, they can be eaten alone or decorated with some frosting or buttercream.

INGREDIENTS
- 240 g Butter at room temperature
- 240 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vanilla essence
- 4 Eggs
- 300 g All-purpose flour
- 50 g bitter cocoa
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 100 g chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Beat the sugar with the sugar until forming a uniform light cream.
- Add bitter cocoa and vanilla essence. Mix.
- Beat continuously adding the eggs one by one.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda (previously sifted) and lemon juice. Beat until joined.
- Add the chocolate chips. Mix.
- Pour the mix in paper cupcake liners (fill 3/4) or in a cupcake mold. Bake at 180° for about 15–20 minutes.
- Once cool you can decorate with some type of frosting.
NOTES
If you don't have a cupcake mold and you don't want them to warp during baking, you can use a double cupcake paper liners.
