Today I leave you this recipe to make a super easy vanilla bundt cake, with few ingredients and few steps. A recipe that reminds me of my childhood, inspired by a neighbor who taught me how to prepare when I was little. I hope you like it as much as I do because in addition to being simple and quick to prepare, it has a really exquisite flavor.

Ideal for tea time or breakfast. The children love it, simply irresistible!

Bundt Cake’s name is given by the style of mold used to make this typical characteristic shape. Likewise, you can use any type of classic mold you have at home, since its flavor will not differ.

Homemade Vanilla Bundt Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 a pot of milk cream
2 pots of pastry leavening flour
1 pot of sugar
Vanilla Essence a/n
Eggs 2

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the whipping cream, eggs and vanilla essence in a bowl or blender. Mix well all the ingredients.
Incorporate the flour little by little. Beat for approximately 10 minutes or until you obtain a uniform mixture.
Place the preparation in a bundt cake mold or the mold that you have (one for sponge cake or loaf will be fine). Bake at minimum temperature (180°) for approximately 1 hour or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out dry.
Once cold, unmold carefully. Dust with icing sugar or drizzle with a topping of your choice.
