At Integralisimo, the whole wheat flour used is 100% organic whole wheat, finely ground (unless it is mentioned). In general, depending on the brand, it can absorb more or less liquid. For this reason I recommend incorporating the liquids gradually. As a result, keep in mind that the smaller the volume, the smaller the final product.

The fat used in this opportunity is sunflower oil. But it can be replaced by butter, margarine, olive oil, coconut oil, etc. Even so, depending on what fat is used, it can change its texture and final flavor. About the shape of the buns:

Once the dough has risen, it is divided into as many parts as desired, rounded and left to rest for a few minutes. In this way, the dough relaxes and is docile to stretch. Therefore, with a rolling pin, it is stretched in a circular shape with a thickness of approximately 3 mm. Finally, place the breads on a baking sheet and let them rise for about15–30 minutes.

About Cooking:

Baking these whole wheat breads does not take much time.
